This newly remodeled luxury 1 BEDROOM/1 BATHROOM condo SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably. The comfy and cozy living space includes a gas fireplace, 50” 4HD wall mounted home theater smart TV to stream your favorite apps including Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu, a large assortment of games/books/toys, iHome speakers to stream your music playlist, free wireless high-speed internet. An updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances is outfitted with everything a chef needs to prepare a family dinner or breakfast before hitting the slopes. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED (luxury mattress) flat-screen HDTV and Beautyrest Pillows. Additional sleeping accommodations; 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA (very comfy -memory foam mattress.) High-quality linens make sleeping truly restful after a day of mountain play. Step outside onto a deck to listen to the river and see all the beauty that surrounds Winter Park. Conveniently located just steps from the Winter Park Base Village, Gondola, Starbucks (same building), retail shops, and restaurants. The Winter Park Base has everything you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable. If you want to venture into the Town of Winter Park, you can take the free shuttle with a pick-up spot located just outside of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge lobby. Other things to note FREE SUMMER/FALL PARKING (OFF Season not Ski Season) PAID WINTER SKI SEASON PARKING ONLY: Max of $30 per 24 hours for the onsite Underground Parking Garage. NOTE: ALL of the parking at the resort is paid parking during the Ski Season. Secure BIKE STORAGE during the Summer/Fall Resort Open Season.

We were the first guests here and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, super cozy, and had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfortable and we loved the fireplace and porch. The hosts were very communicative and made everything simple. A tiny hiccup came up (no one’s fault) and we called Kevin and he and they had it fixed within minutes, which really impressed us. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The whole stay felt comfortable and welcoming—we would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was well stocked, the towels were fluffy, the bed was comfy, and the linens were soft. The condo both looked and smelled very clean when I arrived, and it was roomy. The balcony and bedroom overlook a creek; I would've kept a window open to listen to it if it had been warmer weather. The building's common areas were clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again.
