"Excellent condo conveniently located in downtown Winter Park. Pictures don't do justice; the space was a lot bigger than expected and tastefully furnished with all amenities. Kevin and Kristen were always available. Definitely one of the best condos in downtown Winter Park!"

"The apartment was the perfect accommodation for our family of four with easy walkable access to restaurants and all the amenities you need. We skied daily, and the apartment is right next to the bus stop with regular buses to Winter Park. The two bathrooms were very convenient for us to get ready quickly after skiing all day. The apartment was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs, toilet roll etc, which was really helpful. We would definitely book again and highly recommend. Thank you Kevin for the excellent communication and for a truly wonderful experience."

Awesome place. Communicative host. We were very comfortable, even the Murphy bed was so comfortable, I slept great. Very clean. Super close to skiing and restaurants. Quiet. Nice to have indoor parking and laundry. Would stay again!
