Great place to stay - very clean, good layout (living room + kitchen upstairs, bedroom downstairs). The building is great with the parking garage in the basement, ski lockers in the hall, and easy elevator access. Kevin was also quick to respond and really easy to communicate with. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is rare!

"Excellent condo conveniently located in downtown Winter Park. Pictures don't do justice; the space was a lot bigger than expected and tastefully furnished with all amenities. Kevin and Kristen were always available. Definitely one of the best condos in downtown Winter Park!"

Kevin’s place is in the absolute perfect location if you are wanting to stay in the heart of town. It’s steps away from shops, restaurants and breweries. The parking was amazing and very easy to access an elevator to the floor the condo is on. Super clean and comfy beds. Super quiet despite it being right there. The village/ski area is an easy 10 min drive and a must see even if you aren’t skiing. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants there.
